A: For OEM/customized items, new molds are needed for production. Normally USD100 for a design, for a buckle that depends on design and size. But mold cost can be refunded once total orders qty can meet within one year.Q5: Can I get samples first of my own design, and then start the orders? A: Yes, of course. We will charge mold cost and send pre-production samples (freight collected) for your approval & test. The orders will start once get you confirmation.Q6: What's the lead time? A: Normally 7-10 days for small order customized/OEM item, and 25-30 days for bulk production according to your qty.Q7: What's the shipping method? A: For small orders, delivery for international expresses, such as DHL, UPS, DHL, FedEx, etc. For large orders, delivery by ship or air.
